This Privacy Policy explains how AWS NextGen IT LTD ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the ScanMint AI mobile application (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this Policy.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the UK and EU/EEA under GDPR, and California under the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any right, contact us at admin@awsnextgenit.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

All communication between the App and our service providers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS (HTTPS). Access to account data is restricted and protected by Firebase's security infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our service providers (Google, RevenueCat) may process data on servers located in other countries, including the United States. They maintain safeguards required by applicable data-protection law for such transfers.
